We have come to dine and stay at this magnificent restaurant and lodge for the last two years. We have never been disappointed with either. The food is top notch and the service second to none. We will continue this visit every time we come to stay in this area of the mountains. This place is the best kept secret.

Out of this world! We ate breakfast here twice and dinner once. Breakfasts were wonderful but dinner was out of this world! My husband had the maple glazed salmon and said it was superb. I wanted the fillet but the chef said they were out. He offered a New York strip for $12.00 less. This was the best steak I have eaten, cooked to perfection. The atmosphere -wonderful. We ate all meals outside on the patio looking over the forest.
Great meal and beautiful restaurant! We dined with friends at this lovely restaurant on a rainy night. Our table of 6 ordered the prime rib with appetizers and soup. The crab stuffed mushrooms offered that night were out of this world delicious. The prime rib was very good with more than ample portions. Overall a very nice evening with excellent food and service.
We really have enjoyed the Skyline restaurant over the years, but the weekend brunch is the best value in Highlands bar none! For $20, unlimited mimosas, it is fantastic! If you are looking for a wonderful quiet mountain dining brunch, look no further! Enjoy this great spot!
Sunday Brunch for my son, his wife and 15 month grandson. Met by hostess who escorted us to our table and timely met by our warm receptive waitress. We were served Mamosas and given menus to peruse. A high chair was set up for our grandson who was sleeping on his dad's shoulder. Caesar salads and hot bread were served. 3 of us ordered Trout alamadine and my son ordered the crab cakes. All meals were luscious. Grandson woke and waitress asked if he would like a bowl of fresh fruit which we accepted and he enjoyed. Meal topped with blackberry and peach cobbler. Excellent food, service and atmosphere.
Wonderful Meals! We had dinner one evening in the dining room. Service was excellent and the food was delicious. We also had breakfast the next morning, which was great!
